The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Norwich, just steps away from the impressive Norwich Cathedral. The rooms are beautifully designed, cozy, and brimming with character. While the housekeeping service requires a specific request for daily room make-up, the view is breathtaking, and the comfort level is top-notch. The service is exceptional, from the friendly and polite staff to the first-class assistance with luggage. Although some minor underinvestment is noticeable, it does not deter from the overall wonderful experience. The dining options are to a good standard, offering plenty of delicious choices, yet the absence of quality coffee can be a letdown. The location is excellent for exploring the city center and enjoying a picturesque riverside walk. Although a slight underinvestment is evident, it's not a deal-breaker, and I can't wait to return for another visit.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean, but it was too hot and challenging to adjust the temperature. Additionally, the noise from revellers outside kept me up until 5 am.

The single bed room I stayed in was quite small and unfortunately, I couldn't open the window due to the noise of a generator outside. The room was located in the old part of the hotel without double glazing or radiators for heating, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

I felt so lucky to have stayed in the Queen Elizabeth Suite, and the location couldn't be more perfect and central in Norwich. The dining was heavenly and set me up for the day, and all amenities in and around the town were easily accessible.

The location is highly convenient for exploring Norwich, being central to shops, entertainment, and attractions like Norwich Cathedral and Norwich Castle. However, noise from the street and temperature control issues were drawbacks during the stay.

The hotel could benefit from air conditioning in rooms, despite being just a few minutes walk from Norwich Cathedral.
